i’m taking some time off in the next couple of weeks to hang out with my girls before rachel starts school next month. i’m hoping to get some great portraits of them to fill the wall space above my desk at the new studio. this isn’t quite what i was going for (i want something super fun, energetic, lively and sweet), but i love it nonetheless. this is totally, 100%, rachel. my sweet, sassy, rambunctuous little girl who is growing up before my eyes.
i photographed this little beauty as a newborn this past january. look how much she’s grown! and aren’t the family photographs priceless? i love watching little ones grow. i’m always amazed at how much they change and how much personality develops in just the few months since i’ve seen them last. thank you guys for letting me photograph your family!

this is one of my favorite families to photograph. i’m so sad that they’re moving from whitefish bay to chicago, but thankful that they’ve booked a Year in the Life Collection, since that means i’ll get to see them two more times this year.
